Jake White's Winning Way

Through Jake White's Winning Way, the World Cup-winning former Springbok coach is giving back to South African rugby.

Jake has focused his attention on three tiers of development within the sport:

'Coaching the Coaches' is a coaching academy that aims to empower schools and club coaches with the skills and education normally only afforded to professional coaches. Jake has pulled his resources together to offer coaches from around the coutnry interaction with some of the world's most experiences and successful coaching teams and players.

The  academy also enables Jake and his team to identify coaching talent in South Africa offering the best of them the opportunity to progress in their careers.

'Future Stars' is Jake's programme that identifies top South African talent, offering the players mentorship and guidance from junior to professional rugby.

'Winning Way' is Jake's rugby consultancy. It is made up of coaches, specialists and doctors, and provides clubs and unions with expert advice.
